Delivery Time
Once you place your order, our nimble fingers get to work! We typically need about 5-7 business days to handcraft and prepare your items for shipment. This doesn’t include weekends or holidays, so please bear with us during those times.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your goodies arrive in tip-top shape. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
For our friends in the U.S., we offer standard shipping which usually takes 4-5 business days International shipping times and rates vary depending on your location. Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your package hits the road, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. This way, you can keep an eye on your new crocheted companions as they make their way to you.
Free Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders over $60. For our Canadian and UK customers, orders over $120 qualify for free shipping, and for all other international orders, the threshold is $160.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us at info.northernknots@gmail.com If your order hasn’t entered the shipping process, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once it’s shipped, changes or cancellations aren’t possible, but we’re here to help with returns or exchanges if needed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 45 days of the last tracking update. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your cherished crocheted items.
