Placing an Order
Ordering from Northern Knots is easy, and we want to make sure everything goes smoothly from start to finish. When you place an order on our website, you’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know that we have received your order. However, this doesn’t mean it’s officially accepted just yet.
We take a moment to review each order to ensure everything is in stock and ready to go. If any issues arise, like an item being out of stock, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send you another email letting you know that your order is on its way. You can sit back, relax, and wait for your handmade treasures to arrive!
Payment
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Your payment will be processed securely, and we won’t store your payment details.
Pricing and Availability
We do our best to keep our prices and stock levels up to date, but sometimes mistakes happen. If we ever spot an error in pricing or availability after you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you immediately to resolve the issue. We’ll work with you to either adjust your order, offer an alternative, or process a refund if needed.
Shipping and Delivery
We understand that you’re excited to receive your handcrafted items, and we’re just as excited to get them to you! Since every item is handmade with care, we usually need about 5-7 business days to prepare your order before shipping it out. We offer different shipping options at checkout so you can choose the one that works best for you.
The delivery time and cost will depend on your location and the shipping method you select. If you’re ordering internationally, please be aware that customs fees or import duties may apply, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey from our hands to yours.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love your Northern Knots items, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
If you need to start a return or exchange, simply send us an email at info.northernknots@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process from there. Please note that custom orders are made especially for you, so we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Intellectual Property
All of the content on our website, including images, designs, and text, is the property of Northern Knots. We love that you enjoy our work, and while you’re more than welcome to browse and share, please do not use our content without our permission.
Privacy
